Domestic Shipments: Objects and Elements, Inc. offers shipping in the continental United States via United States Postal Service(USPS). When you place your order over the website, the weight will automatically be calculated and provide you with the shipping cost based on the option you choose. Options: Priority Mail or First Class.
International Shipments:
Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and South America: Your package can be sent via United States Postal Service. We will select the least expensive option to send your package air mail, insured with tracking. Please be aware that we have no control over what customs charges you or how long they hold onto your package.
Refund Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the product in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund on the merchandise. Tools must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
Errors, Damages, and Shortages: Please advise us within 5 days of receipt if your order is not correct or if it arrived damaged.
My Package Didn't Arrive On Time: Please contact us if your package has not arrived in a timely manner. We will track your package and attempt to figure out what the problem is.
